Paul Barker -
Paul is a founding Director of Motorvation Training, and takes overall executive responsibility of the business. He has a solid background in business, specialising in business turn arounds, managing multi million pounds businesses, plus managing a small property portfolio. Paul is also Chairman of a local charity that helps and provides support for homeless people.

Andy Alker -
Level 2 Study Programme Tutor
A former student of Motorvation Training, Andy has a vast wealth of experience in teaching, and has a huge array of mechanical engineering after building his own motorbike. Andy has also restored and enjoys riding his Honda Goldwing.
Bradley Purvis -
Bradley started attending Motorvation Training as a learner at a very young age. We noticed that Bradley had a huge amount of knowledge, and this helped him to quickly gained his qualifications. We recognised that Bradley had the skills to teach a particular groups of learners, and now Bradley specialises in teaching small groups of pre 16 learners who have Behavioural and Emotional difficulties. These learners are some of the most vulnerable young people in the city.
Shannon Pashley - Administration Manager
Shannon started with the company as a Student Support Officer, but as the business moved forward and started to grow, Shannon moved into the administration office where her skills were needed. She now heads up the administration team, which is the beating heart of the business.
Paul Pashley -
Head of Learning
Paul joined Motorvation Training at the inception of the company, and has been instrumental in helping bringing the business to where it is today. Paul has over 20 years experience within the motor vehicle industry and education, and was specifically chosen because of his experience. Paul's responsibility is the overall delivery and quality of the teaching at Motorvation Training.
Danielle Reed - Administration Officer
Danielle works alongside Shannon in our admin department.
Don Barker - Company Chairman
Don takes a Non-Executive role in the business, and advises the Board of Directors from his vast business experience.
Mike Sims -
Level 1 Study Programme Tutor
Mike is responsible for our Study Programme Learners. Mike has worked within the motor trade since he left school and so has a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass onto his learners. Mike's extensive knowledge and skills are valuable in a teaching capacity, and so he was asked to join Motorvation Training.
