Jordan Roberts

Administration Officer

A former student of Motorvation Training, Jordan assists Danielle in the day to day administration of the company.  Jordan has good foundation knowledge of our motor vehicle qualifications as he holds a Level 1 Diploma Vehicle Maintenence.

Paul Barker -

Managing Director

Paul is a founding Director of Motorvation Training, and takes overall executive responsibility of the business. He has a solid background in business, specialising in business turn arounds and managing multi million pounds businesses.  Paul is also completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, he is a CPI Certified MAPA Instructor and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Meet The Team

Nathan Rae - Specialist 1:1 Tutor

Nathan is a former student of Motorvation Training and so he understands the needs of the young people that we teach.  Nathan has worked for several years as a motor vehicle technician in some well known automotive workshops in Hull.  Motorvation Training managed to persuade Nathan to join the team, and he now specialises in teaching learners with SEN on a 1:1 basis.


Bradley Purvis -

BESD Tutor

Bradley is a former student of Motorvation Training, who started with us at 13 years old.  Bradley has worked in some prestige vehicle workshops within Hull, but decided that his skills and knowledge would be better used in teaching.  Motorvation Training recognised quickly that Bradley had the skills to teach a particular group of learners, and we moved to secure his services.  Bradley specialises in teaching small groups of pre 16 learners who have Behavioural and Emotional difficulties.  These learners are some of the most vulnerable  young people in the city.  Bradley is also an in house, Mental Health First Aider.

Paul Pashley -

Head of Learning

Paul joined Motorvation Training at the inception of the company, and has been instrumental in helping bringing the business to where it is today. Paul has over 20 years experience within the motor vehicle industry and education, and was specifically chosen because of his experience. Paul's responsibility is the overall delivery and quality of the teaching at Motorvation Training.

Danielle Reed - Administration Manager

Danielle manages the administration department of Motorvation Training, ensuring that the administration side of the company runs smoothly.  Danielle also has undertaken motor vehicle training herself, so she is knowledgable when it comes to the content of our courses.



Don Barker - Company Chairman

A founding Director of Motorvation Training and instrumental in our initial set up, Don now takes a Non-Executive role in the business, and advises the Board of Directors from his vast business experience.

Mike Sims -

Level 1 Study Programme Tutor

Mike is responsible for our Study Programme Learners.  Mike has worked within the motor trade since he left school and so has a wealth of knowledge and experience to pass onto his learners.  Mike's extensive knowledge and skills are valuable in a teaching capacity, and so he was asked to join Motorvation Training.
