Paul Barker -
Paul is a founding Director of Motorvation Training, and takes overall executive responsibility of the business. He has a solid background in business, specialising in business turn arounds, managing multi million pounds businesses, plus managing a small property portfolio. Paul is also Chairman of a local charity that helps and provides support for homeless people.
Shannon Pashley - Administration Manager
Shannon started with the company as a Student Support Officer, but as the business moved forward and started to grow, Shannon moved into the administration office where her skills were needed. She now heads up the administration team, which is the beating heart of the business.
Mikee Sargerson - Administration Officer
Mikee comes from an administration background, and brings with him a vast portfolio of administration experience, that has been gained over a number of years
Don Barker - Company Chairman
Don takes a Non-Executive role in the business, and advises the Board of Directors from his vast business experience.

Paul Pashley -
Head of Learning
Paul joined Motorvation Training at the inception of the company, and has been instrumental in helping bringing the business to where it is today. Paul has over 20 years experience within the motor vehicle industry and education, and was specifically chosen because of his experience. Paul's responsibility is the overall delivery and quality of the teaching at Motorvation Training.
Terry Benge -
Level 2 Study Programme Tutor
A former garage manager, highly qualified and with a wealth of industry experience, Terry joined Motorvation Training as he felt as though he wanted to start teaching and pass on his vast array of skills to the next generation of motor vehicle technicians. Terry oversees the apprentices, in house and out in the workplace.
Andy Alker -
Level 1 Study Programme Tutor
Andy is responsible for our Study Programme Learners. Andy started with us as a volunteer, but we found that his knowledge and skills were so valuable to us, we asked him to join the company as a full time employee. Andy has a true passion for motorbikes, having built his own bike himself, and owning a Honda Goldwing.
Bradley Purvis -
Bradley specialises in teaching small groups of pre 16 learners who have Behavioural and Emotional difficulties. These learners are some of the most vulnerable young people in the city.
